The Rural Development Minister Shri Raghubansh Prasad Singh inaugurated and Congress Leader and defense Minister Shri. A.K. Antony presided the function. On the eve of ending session on the October 16th 2006 under the leadership of Gandhian leader Nirmala Deshpandeyji met with Madam Sonia Gandhiji and discussed about related matters.

Media and Publication – Far from the Distt Headquarter (about 85 Km) there is a most backward Tehsil Headquater Gunnor, there is no Education Facility after 8th Standard he started his work there. 1985 he started a Newspaper named “Nar chingari”. By this newspaper the local Govt. administration aware by the problems of local people. There is he face big problems due to publishing the newspapers. On 2nd October one officer give the order to kill the street dogs. Mr. Gaur publish this news in his newspaper. The officer then give the mentally and financially torchers to Mr. Gaur. But he never give up and continuing his work. Present time area improved a lot. 

To raise villagers voice Mr. Gaur published a newspaper named “Gramin Bimb”. 

Training and Motivation Campaign : He is organizing many training and motivation campaign from time to time like for Health & Sanitation, Voter Awareness, Capacity Building leadership development, Project Planning, CBOS financial Management etc. 



DELHI :

Panchayat and Narega : Two days conference (14 and 15 October 2008). In which he took the responsibility of Event Organizer and gathering the elected Panchayat Representatives. On 16 October in residence of Minister of Panchayat Raj Shri Manishanker Ayyer to be talked with the elected panchayat representatives for solving the local problem of the areas. At 5 pm all the representative took oath on the Mahatama Gandhi Father of the Nation’s Tomb to stop the corruption in NAREGA in presence of Shri Ranji Thomas Sectary AICC and President Aashiana. 

National level seminar organized by CCBOS and IPACHA. The seminar was held in Vishwa Youvak Kendra in which they talked for stopping the misuse of global fund for HIV, TB and Malaria. 

World AIDS Delhi’s civil society working for HIV/AIDS. He organized a state level consultation. 

In Rajghat tomb Delhi He organized one year prayer under guidance of Gandhian leader Late didi Nirmala Deshipandey, Chairman Gandhi Memorial Samiriti, Rajghat on the 50th Death Anniversary of Mahatama Gandhi. People from all over the country attended this ceremony. 



North East Development…… 

Working for all North-East States to spread the peace and for give the all facilities to common man in that area. 

Working for Muslim Minorities in Assam (Charua) who are very poor and he fight for them to give them the category from general to OBC. Their condition is vary bad he took first step and took attention of National Commission for other backward classes, Govt. of India. He visited with the member of OBC Commission in the inertial classes. 

There is big problem of HIV/AIDS in Manipur. He working for the victim of HIV/AIDS and giving them ART treatment facilities, second line treatment with the help of Manipur Voluntary Health Association and different Manipur NGOs. 

He is working for peace in Nagaland. The states is suffering for the terrorism. He collaborate all the small NGOs of that states and start working for peace.

In Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal, Sikkim he is working for the Scheduled Tribe poor people.

In north-east area before every Parliamentary Constituency he is done Public Hearing and made a Local People Manifesto. For this KASA, Vada Na Todo Abiyan and CCBOS jointly supported the mission. 

Padyatra was organized for Voter Awareness campaign in 2004 for 100% voting by the illegible voters. The same movement was done in 2009 throughout the country as a whole and NE in specific. 



Chattishgarh…. 

Minor Forest Products built by Tribal People and not allowed by the local forest department were helped to file cases against the department. In this way these tribal people are deprived of their livelihood. Umesh Gaur fought against this procedure in National Commission for ST, New Delhi. Public hearing at Dist. H. Q. with forest officers and local tribal peoples meeting arranged by Umesh Gaur along with Member Prem Bhai Mandavi, Director Sri R.S. Garg. They stayed together for 13 days and work for the Tribal People Hearings for minor forest produce. By this time 2nd October 2006 in arranged meeting and prayers for the people of those villagers whose houses were about to destroying due to making a New Capital in Chhattisgarh. Punjab National Bank help in this matter so much. They made Homeopathic Dispensary and parks for the affected villagers. Zonal Manager of Punjab National Bank made all arrangements for us and fulfill social responsibility. 

In Chhattisgarh there is no OBC Commission established by State Government. Umesh Chandra Gaur work for this and he gave invitation to Smt. Nira Shastri, Daughter-in-law of former PM Lal Bahadur Shahtri Hon’ble member National Commission for OBC, Govt. of India to meet with the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Raman Singh for making the OBC Commission.Umesh arranged 3 big meetings in 3 different places i.e. Raipur, Razim, Mahasamund. OBC commission was announced to make on the same day. But it was organized after long time. 

On 08.08.2006 from Hotel Babylon Raipur Umesh Gaur launched a movement for making rich India Movement. Governor of Chatishgarh H. E. Sri K.M. Seikh Lt. Genl. Retd. Given his inaugural speech in that meeting and smt. Manju Hemrom of National Commission for Women retd. IAS officer Sri L. V. Saptarishi attended this function. After the function Sri Gaur and NCW member visited some remote areas of the state like Dantevada, Bastor, Jagdalpur, Kakier etc. for hearing of the common problems of the remote tribal women of the area. 



Madhya Predesh…. 

On 8.08.2002 Rani laxmi Bai Memorial Statue Star movement and Padyatra was done with more than thousand padyatrik for the development of Adivasi (Tribal people). 

Adventures activity was organized for encouragement of the youth sector from Gwalior to Chota Kailash Parvat, Pithoragarh, and Uttaranchal supported by Ministry Youth Affairs and Sports. Hon’ble Member of National Commission for Backward Class Nira Shastri inaugurated in June 2004. 

Seheria community was most backward and illiterate residing in Mara Village. They are living vary miserable life. They has no food, they were eating grass and leaf to live. The Govt. has not given attention in this site. For whom Sri Gaur in the year 2002 has done the Pathyatra without shoes with Shri Rohan Singh Rana and visited village Mara. He collected donation for the development of this community’s hunger problem. Mr. Gaur visited with the ST Commission of area on later in the year 2005 and also visited Gwalior, Shivpuri, Seyopur, Morena, where district officers took hearing from those deprived people and tried to solved their problems. 

In Bhind District where female children was killed by their parents. The dacoits problems is also a big issue their . Sri Gaur visited along with Miss Anushuya Ukeya, member NCW Govt. of India for national integration awareness camp organized this district by the other associated organizations. A study conducted on Female fetal killing. A campaign started for stopping this killing. 

Beria community were more backward then any others. They make their female child as prostitute and starts earning money. Sri Gaur’s friend Sri Ram Snehi, a renowned social worker of Beria community worked a lot for improvement of their living style and helped them to start living with the mainstream. Sri Gaur encouraged Sri Snehi in his mission. Sri Gaur took the officials of NCW, NIPCCD and NSTC to Sri Snehi and to Abodhay Ashram, Dist. Morena (M.P.). 



Uttar Pradesh

People manifesto in 2009. 

Water supply problem was solved in 1992/93 in Budaun District, UP supported by Govt Of India CAPART. 

Sanitation Problem was solved in 1994/95 in Village Hadsha, Dist. Bishouli, Dist. Badaun, UP supported by GOI, CAPART. 

Social Animators prepared for village level social work in Bishouli, Bodaun, Junabai Blocks in UP supported by GOI, CAPART. 

Low cost technology with FERO Cement, Roof Harvesting, Vermy Composing, Technology development and make popularity among the rural people supported by GOI, CAPART. 

National Integration Camp organized throughout the country supported by Ministry of Youth and Sports, GOI. 

UNESCO INC Ministry of HRD to literate small children. 

Environment protection and conservation for the country with the Ministry of F & Environment and Asian and Global Conference in Nepal and different part of the country under the leadership of Dr. Deshbandhu, Chairman of Indian Environment Society. 

Promotion of AHF HIV Blood test and second line treatment. He give the 1000+ lettere to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri. Manmohan Singh. 

He organized a organization “IPACHA” in the leadership of Dr. Ashok Rao Freedom Foundation its aim to facilitate and support democratic-social and political mobilization locally, nationally and internationally,thereby address issues related to the cause and consequences of HIV and AIDS. 



Andhra Pradesh

Coordinator Annual Conference of Akhil Bharat Rachnatmak Samaj in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh in the month of the November 2006 which was inaugurated by the Smt. Sonia Gandhi and attended by VVIPs and thousands of Sarvodaya Leaders, Gandhians, Social and Peace activists from India Pakistan and Nepal. In this programme along with thousand people he reached Chhattisgarh to Tirupati. 



Panjab

Cordinator organizing Annual Conference of Akhil Bharat Rachnatmak Samaj & Associated of Peoples of Asia in Jalandhar, Punjab in the month of November 2004 which was inaugurated byCabinet Minister of Government of Panjab and attended by VIPs and Thousands of Sarvodaya Leaders, Gandhian, Social and Peace activists from India, Pakistan and Nepal. One thousand came from Pakistan and one thousand people from India is about to Pakistan but some official problem it could’t happened. 



Uttrakhand

Women Political Empowerment day celebrated on 24 April 2007. In which noble leaders was awarded. 

On 1998 Umesh ji was a co-organizer of a big Campaign which was organized for the purpose of National Integration H.H. Dalai Lama as a Chief Guest and in leadership of Hon,ble Late Didi Nirmala Deshpandey thousand of Gandhian leaders were attended this function. 



Jammu & Kashmir 

Worked in affected area of J&K when the time of earth quake and send some relief fund lead by Hon’ble Didi Nirmala Deshpandey. 



BIHAR

Organized a State level Conference for Panchayati Raj 1995. All Voluntary organizations has attended this programme. 

He is worked a lot for Bihar Flood in 2008. His wife Mrs. Sadhana Gaur is also worked with him for the affected area. He send relief material through Bihar Administration and Bal Mahila Kalyan, Katihar, Bihar. 



Gujarat

He is working for peace, Common Harmony, National Integration in Gujarat. CCBOS Minority Wing Chairman Shri Raise Khan Pathan are staying in Gujarat. 

Mr. Gaur has worked for Gujarat earthquake in the year 2001. Mr. Gaur give the relief material to CAPART Govt. of India with the help of Chairman Shri, Anna Hazare and Member Commines Sh. S.H. Indulkar. 



Rajasthan 

In 1989-90 A Movement was organized against management of Rajasthan Atomic Energy Power Project, Rawat Bhata, Dist. For giving the employment of local people. Management agreed our most of all demands. Local Political leaders, Ex. MLA give their support to us. 

FACT: Umesh Chandra Gaur is not a mere name but a great movement of future New India as well as the World. He never thinks of his family, property or comforts but renders services to the needy, poorest of the poor, illiterates and disabled persons as well as to Women and Children. He is a person who respects all the religions and religion of Humanitarianism. So, he has long been fighting for the marginalized communities from his very childhood and acquired very best outcome. He is a successful achiever in his socio economic movement for Indian Nation. 

Umesh Gaur was very much unlucky to get his fathers love during childhood as his father died while he was only 5 years old. So, his mother Smt. Harpyari Devi had to take all the responsibilities to grow him up and provide proper education and made him fit to live in the society as a perfect man. His mother later donated all his ancestral properties to an organization i.e. Sri Mahesh Chandra Smarak Manav Vikash Sansthan. In the year 1988/89 the then Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh the Honorable Sri Narayan Dutt Tiwari provided him personal security while looking at his struggle filled social work but Umesh Gaur returned back his security for the benefit of the state. His dedication in the field of social service is totally unmatched and very rare in the Indian History.
