Umesh Chandra Gaur is not a mere name but a great movement of future New India as well as the World. He never thinks of his family, property or comforts but renders services to the needy, poorest of the poor, illiterates and disabled persons as well as to Women and Children. He is a person who respects all the religions and religion of Humanitarianism. So, he has long been fighting for the marginalized communities from his very childhood and acquired very best outcome. He is a successful achiever in his socio economic movement for Indian Nation.

Umesh Gaur was very much unlucky to get his fathers love during childhood as his father died while he was only 5 years old. So, his mother Smt. Harpyari Devi had to take all the responsibilities to grow him up and provide proper education and made him fit to live in the society as a perfect man. His mother later donated all his ancestral properties to an organization i.e. Sri Mahesh Chandra Smarak Manav Vikash Sansthan. In the year 1988/89 the then Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh the Honorable Sri Narayan Dutt Tiwari provided him personal security while looking at his struggle filled social work but Umesh Gaur returned back his security for the benefit of the state. His dedication in the field of social service is totally unmatched and very rare in the Indian History.
